Rick Adams
Rick, your host during your stay, is former restaurateur and long time bike racer, race promoter and cycling advocate. Rick has won Elite Cat 1 races in the 1980s and more recently, master races in Northern California. He has raced in Belgium, Australia, Canada and throughout the USA. He has promoted the Testarossa Velodrome Challenge, a professional velodrome race in San Jose, and he has served on the Board of Directors of two bicycle racing organizations. After a lifetime of wanting to race in Belgium, Rick recently made it there for a month. Now he’s eager to share the country he fell in love with—along with its unparalleled bike racing culture—with other cycling aficionados and fanatics.
