We are located in the absolute heart of Flanders in Zingem, a municipality of less than 7,000 residents that is traditionally on the route of the Tour of Flanders. We create the feel of being at home—yet in a foreign city—so that you can relax after a hard day of riding, training or racing.
Out the front door, you’ll experience Belgium life, roads, and racing. When you return to our cozy, comfortable home after the day’s ride, race or adventure you can explore Zingem’s pubs, frite shop and shops. While you wait for dinner prepared daily at the house by Mie, our local chef, walk 100 meters to the pub ‘t Paradijs where the barman, Bassie, will be happy to discuss your Belgium beer options.
Everything in Zingem is within walking distance. The train station is 750 meters from the house or about an eight-minute walk. The two pubs are less than 200 meters from the house. A well-stocked grocery store is 300 meters from the house, the frites stand just 100 meters away.
In the nearby towns of Ghent and Oudenaarde you will find shops, cafés, parks, historical landmarks, bars and nightlife. But that list hardly does either justice.
